Western Washington Landowner Assistance Forester @Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR)
Matt has worked for the DNR in various capacities since November of 2005. His duties have included timber sales and silviculture, fire suppression and prevention, forestry riparian easements and regulatory assistance. Since the fall of 2017, Matt has been the stewardship forester for parts or all of Western Washington, providing advice, consultation and management plan writing assistance free of charge to small forest landowners.
