Dead and Dying Trees in Western Washington - Learn Why and What to do (7:05 PM session)
Dead and dying trees have proliferated throughout western Washington. Trees were particularly hard-hit in 2018, especially western redcedars, causing concern for many property owners. Washington State University (WSU) Extension Forestry will be giving a free public webinar to explain why so many trees are dying right now and what property owners can do.

These programs are made possible in part by funding from King Conservation District, King County, Island County, San Juan County, Skagit County, Snohomish County, and the Snohomish Conservation District.

Extension programs and employment are available to all without discrimination. Evidence of noncompliance may be reported through your local Extension office. Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for communication or program information or reasonable accommodation need to contact Brendan Whyte, WSU Extension Forestry, at or 425-357-6023 at least two weeks prior to the event.
